At Arnigrom, every product is unique. We operate on a ‘Made-to-Order‘ business model, meaning each item is printed and hand-crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.

This policy outlines how we handle shipping, production times, and ensure your satisfaction with every delivery.

Shipping Policy

Production Time: Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. Since each item is made to order, please allow 1-3 business days for your product to be created and quality-checked before it is shipped.

Shipping Methods: We partner with trusted carriers (such as DHL E-Commerce, UPS, USPS and Asendia) to ensure timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Potential Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons). Arnigrom is not responsible for these external delays, but we will assist you in tracking your order should any issues arise.

Lost or Damaged Items : Your satisfaction is our priority ;

Damaged/Defective : If your order arrives damaged or with printing defects, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by sending clear photos of the issue to our email address. We will send you a replacement free of charge or provide a full refund.

Lost During Shipping : If your package is lost during shipping and the tracking system does not show “Delivered,” we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Exchanges / Reprints

Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a free replacement (reprint) or refund if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if there is a printing error (e.g., wrong design or significant misalignment).

Reporting Window : To resolve the issue quickly, please submit your claim within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims filed after this period may not be eligible for a free replacement.

Proof of Defect : You do not need to return the defective product. Simply send us your order number and clear, high-resolution photos showing the problem to our email address. This allows us to immediately verify the defect with our manufacturing partner.

Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement product to you at no additional cost as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you may request a full refund to your original payment method.

Size and Color Differences : Please carefully review the size chart for the appropriate product type before purchasing. Since each product is custom-made for you, we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to incorrect size orders or buyer’s remorse. Minor color differences between the digital display and the actual fabric print are industry standard and are not considered defects.

Returns / Refunds

All Sales Are Final : Because our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as size issues, fit preference, or change of mind. Please ensure your order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Refund Eligibility : Refunds are strictly limited to damaged, defective, or misprinted items, or packages confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier.

Refund Processing : If a refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs : Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Wrong Size/Color Ordered : Items where the customer selected the wrong size or color.

  • Washed or Worn Items : Products that show signs of wear, use, or have been washed.

  • Buyer’s Remorse : Returns due to change of mind.

  • Overdue Claims : Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address / Customer Errors

Address Responsibility : If a package is lost or returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by you at checkout, Arnigrom is not responsible for the loss or the cost of re-shipping.

Re-Shipment Fees : If the package is returned to our facility and you wish to have it re-sent, a re-shipping fee will apply. Alternatively, if you choose to cancel, we may issue a partial refund minus the original shipping costs.

Check Your Details : Please double-check your shipping details carefully (including apartment numbers) before finalizing your order to avoid delays.

Domestic vs International Orders

Domestic (USA) : Orders shipped within the United States are subject to the standard shipping times and policies outlined above.

International Customs & Duties : Shipments outside the USA may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you refuse to pay these fees, the package may be abandoned, and we will not be able to offer a refund.

Customs Delays : Please note that delivery estimates do not include time spent in customs clearance procedures, which vary by country.

How to Contact & Submit Claims

Contact Us : To report a lost, damaged, or defective product, please email us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Required Information : To speed up the process, please include your order number and clear, high-resolution photos of the defect or damage. There is no need to return the item unless requested.

Response Time : We will review your claim with our production partner immediately and aim to respond with a resolution (replacement or refund) within 1-2 business days.

Changes to This Policy

Policy Updates : Arnigrom reserves the right to modify this Shipping, Exchanges & Returns Policy at any time to reflect changes in carrier services or operational needs.

Acceptance : Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated ‘Effective Date’. Your continued purchase of products constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
